Petrash says the law enforcement officers found Moore along DeWalt Lane in the northern part of the county after he called the hotline about getting his ‘medications.’

Washington County got a warrant for Moore’s arrest on Monday and they had been on the lookout for him.

Several law enforcement officers were eating the restaurant when Moore allegedly came into the eatery, waving a gun and robbed the cashier, BY grabbing a fistful of cash and then fleeing.

Moore was able to get away but the incident was captured on surveillance video.   Moore was taken to the Washington County Jail but is awaiting transfer.
