WASHINGTON COUNTY WOMAN ARRESTED ON FORGERY CHARGES

A Washington County woman has been arrested on forgery charges.
According to Washington County Sheriff Otto Hanak, on November 2 of this year, Sheriff’s deputies initiated an investigation into allegations of a home health care provider forging checks belonging to an elderly Washington County resident.
Washington County Sheriff’s Investigator Sergeant Mark Whidden discovered that at least three checks had been forged on the victims account.
Forty-six year old Katherine Elaine Lovings was arrested without incident on December 9th on three felony counts of Forgery.
Loving’s bonds total $15,000 and remains in the Washington County jail.
