WOMAN ARRESTED FOR D.W.I. AFTER ACCIDENT
A woman from The Woodlands faces a DWI charge following a Saturday afternoon accident in Brenham.
55-year old Jane Ann Cominsky faces a charge of Driving While Intoxicated with an Open Container.
Saturday around 4 p.m., Officers Colin Godmintz and Hunter Andras responded to a crash at the intersection of State Highway 36 North and Blue Bell Road.
During the investigation, authorities say Cominsky appeared to be intoxicated and couldn’t stand without support from the officers. Open containers of alcohol were recovered from her vehicle.
