WOMAN ARRESTED IN FAYETTE CO. ON DRUG CHARGES

  

Tara Jayne Gilmore was arrested for possession of numerous drugs Sunday morning.

Deputy Michael Otten received a reckless driver call on State Highway 71 in the early Sunday morning. Otten located the vehicle and the driver, which had failed to maintain a single marked lane. The vehicle was stopped on State Highway 71 near Trinity School Road. When he approached the vehicle, Otten noticed the odor of marijuana

A search resulted in marijuana, methamphetamines, and numerous prescription medications being found inside the vehicle.

Tara Jayne, a resident of Granite Shoals, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and numerous charges of possession of a controlled substance. Justice of the Peace Precinct Four Dan Mueller set total bond at $7,100.
