12 INDICTMENTS RETURNED BY GRAND JURY

  

The Washington County Grand Jury returned 12 indictments today (Tuesday).  Only those who have been arrested can be named.

Richard Carrias, 30 of Industry, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger.

Graciano Gonzalez, 29 of Brenham was indicted for Assault of a Family Member by Impeding Breath.

Javonte Santevion Jones, 17 of Brenham was indicted for Credit Card Abuse.

Ralph Eddie Kallie, 17 of Brenham was indicted for Credit Card Abuse.

Anthony Drekell McGinty, 17 of Brenham was indicted for Credit Card Abuse.

Aaron Joseph Nelson, 35 of Cloudcroft, New Mexico was indicted for Assault of a Public Servant.

Shanna Waldrop Ramirez, 40 of Brenham was indicted for Assault of a Public Servant.

Christopher Joseph Salas, 31of Luling was indicted for Theft between $2,500 and $30,000.

The following persons were previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested so their names can now be released.

Sammy Demon Madison, Jr. 25 of Brenham was indicted for 2 counts of Delivery of Marijuana and two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

Penelope Crabb, 47 of Somerville was indicted for two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
