13 BRENHAM STUDENTS SELECTED TO ALL REGION CHOIR

  

This year the Brenham High School choral program had 13 students selected to be in the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) All-Region Choir. The 13 students selected were Jerimy Dorsey, Bryce Barnes, Irma Delgadillo, Keaton Korthauer, Stephanie Rivera, Joshua Cruz, Mallory Hughes, Albrie Reed, Kate Barnes, Ashia Jackson, Edin Inestroza, Rylie Patrick, and Candy Marshall.

The students have been working on collegiate level repertoire since before school started to prepare for this audition. This past Saturday, they performed at Tallowood Baptist church with other students from around the area who were also selected. Two of the students, (Stephanie Rivera and Edin Inestroza), placed high enough to advance to Pre-Area where they will compete to be a part of the TMEA All-State Choir.
