16 INDICTED BY AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY

  

The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned indictments on 16 suspects.

Austin County District Clerk Sue Murphy released the following names:

Courtney Nicole Fish, 22, charged for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle, offense occurring December 19^th.

Oscar Francisco Correa, 52, charged with Evading Arrest with a Vehicle, from December 17^th.

Sandra Marie Prince, 30, for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child under 15 years of age, occurring July 28^th.

Richard Wayne Baker, 38, and Alberto Garcia, 27, arrested for Driving While Intoxicated Third or More.  Baker’s offense occurred December 10^th, while Garcia’s occurred October 27^th.

Wesley Matthew Taylor, 42, charged with Prohibited Substance or Item in a Correctional Facility, from December 19^th.

Mario Laquinta Tarver, 42, for Possession of Marijuana, occurring December 13^th.

Shawn Micheal Horger, 26, Carissa Marie Mahaffey, 40, Gilbert Martinez, 42, and Jacob Tyler Sens, 26, all charged for Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

Michael James Bustos, Jr., 35, Hunter Ryan Dernehl, 21, Regina Roselynn Garza, 25, Rafael Laroy Jackson, 38, and Edgar Munoz, 24, all charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
