BRENHAM FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT
On Sunday, around 8:15am, the Brenham Fire Department responded to the 500 block of 290 West for a fire alarm. Upon location BFD found burnt toast set the alarm system off.
Around 1:15pm Brenham and Chappell Hill Fire departments responded to the area of 290 East and FM 1371 for a grass fire. Chappell Hill made location and advised it was a small fire they could handle with one truck.
At near 11pm, fire department units responded to the 4000 block of Highway 36 South for a fire alarm. After investigation found that one of the detectors had possible dust inside which caused the alarm to sound.
