BRENHAM FIRE DEPARTMENT EXTINGUISHES SMALL GRASS FIRE

  

On Sunday just before 3pm the Brenham Fire Department was dispatched to Phillips Vet Clinic along with Chappell Hill Fire Department for possible structure fire.

While responding to the fire, dispatch updated the call and advised that there was no structure fire, but rather, it was a grass fire in the road ditch. Brenham Fire Department responders found and extinguished the small grass fire in the Highway 290 road ditch.
