WASHINGTON COUNTY LADIES LIONS CLUB DONATES HANDMADE BLANKETS

  

The members of the Washington County Ladies Lions Club recently donated blankets to the Brenham Police Department. They donated 8 handmade blankets as part of the Club’s ongoing mission to provide service to the youth of Washington County.

In the past, the club has donated blankets to law enforcement that can be used to comfort children who are in need of security. The Ladies Lions Club even wrote each child’s name on the blanket to personalize their forever quilt.
