BRENHAM ISD BOARD TO MEET FOR TEAM BUILDING TRAINING
The Brenham Independent School District will meet on Thursday for team building and self-assessment training.
According to Brenham Superintendent, Dr. Walter Jackson, state law requires all elected boards of education members to participate in an annual "Team of 8" training session. The “Team of 8” refers to seven board members plus the superintendent.
The purpose of the training is to keep the “Team of 8” working collaboratively and effectively together for the benefit of the school district. The trainer is certified from the Region 6 Educational Service Center.
The Brenham Independent School District Board of Trustees will meet Thursday at 6 p.m. at 711 E. Mansfield Street in Brenham.
