TRAIN COLLIDES WITH VEHICLE NORTH OF BRENHAM

Original Story: Authorities are at the scene of a train-auto collision north of Brenham that occurred this (Monday) morning.
DPS Sergeant Jimmy Morgan reports that at approximately 7 a.m., a train collided with a vehicle on FM 50, at the crossing in between Independence and Clay.
No fatalities have been reported.
FM 50 will be closed, until further notice. Drivers are encouraged to find an alternate route.
KWHI will provide more information, as soon as it becomes available.
