FAITH MISSION, H-E-B PARTNER FOR “SOUPER BOWL OF CARING”

  

Faith Mission has partnered with H-E-B ahead of the year’s biggest sporting event.

The “Souper Bowl of Caring” runs through this Sunday, and encourages residents of Washington County to give back to the community.

Faith Mission Executive Director Reverend Randy Wells said shoppers at H-E-B in Brenham can choose $5 or $10 pre-filled grocery bags and purchase them, or donate cash at the register.

The bags purchased will be delivered to Faith Mission’s food pantry at the end of the Souper Bowl of Caring Event.

Brenham H-E-B Manager Dock Williams said the store is happy to contribute to an organization like Faith Mission.  Rev. Wells thanked H-E-B for its five-year partnership with Faith Mission in holding this event.
