BRENHAM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO REVISIT TABLED SETBACK REQUEST
The Brenham Board of Adjustment will meet Monday to reconsider a setback request that was tabled at its meeting last month.
The board will hold a public hearing for a request by Titan Premier Investments for a special exception from the city, which would allow a 20-foot front yard setback where a minimum 25-foot front yard setback is required for a single-family home at 904 West Jefferson Street.
During the public hearing for the item at the board’s meeting September 13th, some residents expressed concerns regarding the proposed building materials, possible adverse effects to neighboring property values and property upkeep.
The applicant, Kevin Kuklis, was unable to attend the meeting to respond to the concerns or questions from the board. He has stated his intention to attend Monday’s meeting.
The board will meet Monday at 5:15 p.m. at Brenham City Hall.
