FOUR PEOPLE SENTENCED IN DISTRICT COURT THIS WEEK

  

Four people pled guilty in District Court this week and were sentenced by Judge Carson Campbell.

Tandus Hope Rizos, 43 of Pasadena, was sentenced to 30 months in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Luis Alberto Hernandez, 36 of Chappell Hill, was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Tampering with Physical Evidence.  He was also ordered to pay a $150 fine.

Rsherd Deshawn Thompson, 25 of Houston, was sentenced to 4 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of Marijuana between 4 oz. and 5 lbs. and Bail Jumping/Fail to Appear.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 200 hours of community service.

D-Troy Obrian Smith, 37 of Brenham, was sentenced to 2 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 200 hours community service.
