WALLER WOMAN ARRESTED SATURDAY AFTER TRAFFIC STOP

  

A Waller woman was arrested Saturday after a traffic stop.

Brenham Police report that Saturday at 12:30 PM, officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Highway 290 West in reference to a theft of alcohol.  A traffic stop on the pickup in which suspect was occupying was made. During contact with the suspect, Kianna Denise Woodard, 28 of Waller, admitted to taking multiple bottles of alcohol totaling over $700.  Also found in the pickup were two glass pipes used to smoke methamphetamines.  Woodard was arrested for the theft case and issued a citation for the possession of drug paraphernalia.
