ONE ARRESTED AFTER ASSAULT EARLY THURSDAY MORNING

A Brenham man was arrested after an assault took place early Thursday morning.
Brenham Police report that early Thursday morning at 12:05, Officers responded to the 1000 block of West Jefferson Street in reference to an assault. Upon arrival, Officers met with the victim and suspect, later identified as Job Javier Rodriguez, 43 of Brenham, and determined an assault took place. He was later taken into custody for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member and transported to the Washington County jail for booking.
