Thirteen people were indicted last week by the Austin County Grand Jury.
38-year-old Quory Lamaz Adamson, indicted for Indecency with a Child – Sexual Contact.
30-year-old Santos Amador Roque and 29-year-old Noel Santos Umanzor Yanes, both for Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000.
25-year-old Damian Ramell Lockett, indicted for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.
57-year-old David Cavazos and 43-year-old Mikeal Dewayne Ward, both for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More.
49-year-old Steve Jackson, for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
64-year-old Cannice Marie Newell, indicted for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
28-year-old Demetrius Dwayne Peacock, for Possession of a Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility and Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair.
38-year-old Benjamin Lance Abernathy, 42-year-old Terry Conner, 28-year-old Arnoldo Reyes Jr. and 43-year-old Misty Dawn Whitehead, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
