The Brenham GameChangers are set to provide school supplies to families in need around the community.

The fifth annual School Supply Market will be held tomorrow (Saturday) beginning at 9 a.m. at Brenham Middle School.

Tori Bryan, project chair for the market, says this is Brenham GameChangers’ first year overseeing the event, which provides K-12 students with assorted school supplies at no cost to them as they get ready to return to the classroom.

Supplies will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis.  The event is for Brenham ISD students; Burton ISD administrators will coordinate supply distributions at their campuses.

Over the past four years, the project has served nearly 4,400 students from the Brenham and Burton school districts.
