BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR DWI

  

A Brenham man was arrested Friday morning and charged with DWI.

Brenham Police report that Friday morning at 10:35, Officers were dispatched to the area Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in reference to a Reckless Driver complaint. The vehicle was located and stopped in the 500 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The driver, Billy Davis, 44 of Brenham, appeared intoxicated. The driver was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated, 3 or more offences, and transported to the Washington County Jail. While he was at the jail, it was discovered that he also had two warrants: Criminal Trespass and Possession of Marijuana both issued out of Washington County Court at Law.
