35 INDICTED IN THIS WEEK’S 21ST GRAND JURY

A Burton man has been indicted for theft in this week’s session of the 21st District Grand Jury.
26-year old Brandon Patterson has been indicted on a charge of Theft Between $2,500 and $30,000. Patterson was arrested back on May 5th, after a burglary at A&J Tire Shop on Highway 105.
Authorities say Patterson tried to flee the scene of a Burglary in progress. When he was eventually pulled over, police say Patterson had over $3000 worth of tire rims in his vehicle.
Also indicted in the latest session of the grand jury were:
20-year old James Charles Daniels Jr. of Brenham, for Theft Between $2,500 and $30,000.
32-year old Terry Durall of Houston, for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
30-year old Christian Leon Johnson of Brenham, for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
41-year old William Parker of Burton, for Theft with Two Prior Convictions.
18-year old Trendarien Shepard of Brenham, for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.
19-year old Dionte Stegent of Brenham, for Burglary of a Habitation.
44-year old Marlon Roshone Bryant of Hemptead, for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.
29-year old Joshua Ray Griffin of College Station and 26-year old Tyler Wayne Welch of Caldwell on charges of Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
A total of 15 people were each indicted on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance: 24-year old Anthony Belton of Houston; 23-year old Kaylie Jordan Coates of Houston; 31-year old Juan Carlos Contreras-Valencia of Brenham; 40-year old Roy Erwin Drews of Montgomery; 29-year old Alvaro Emanuel Flores of San Leon; 29-year old Darrell House of Houston; 28-year old Robert McGeachy of Pearland; 44-year old Chadd Duane Medford of Brenham; 32-year old Terrance Moore of Chappell Hill; 37-year old John Marshall Robertson IV of Brenham; 46-year old Toby Eugene Rogers of Brenham; 21-year old Nicholas Rose-Sota of Houston; and 63-year old Darrell Eugene Thomas of Houston.
53-year old Michele Denise Perkins of Houston was indicted back in May of 2013, but was just recently arrested. Perkins was indicted on a charge of Theft between $1,500 and $20,000 for and incident back in August of 2011.
