NINE INDICTED THIS WEEK IN WASHINGTON CO.

  

Nine indictments have been returned by the latest Washington County Grand Jury, including a Brenham teen who was arrested last week, and a Somerville man who allegedly robbed a convenience store.

17-year old James Earl Dixon of Brenham was indicted on a charge of Assault Family Violence—Impeding Breathing.

Dixon was arrested by Brenham Police last Monday after allegedly assaulting his 14-year old step-sister.

Also indicted was 19-year old Zacariah Hawkins of Somerville.  He is charged with robbing a convenience store on Hiqhway 36 North, back on March 20th.

Hawkins is charged with Aggravated Robbery.

A 27-year old man from Washington is charged with Sexual Assault.  Earnest Breedlove Jr. was arrested back in May on an assault that allegedly occurred back in September of last year.

Also indicted this week:

25-year old Darrell Dion Johnson of Brenham for Assault Family Violence.

25-year old Camden Knox of Victoria for several charges, including: Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver.

44-year old Carolynn Joanne Murski for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

25-year old Ahmed Otmer of Austin for Evading Arrest.

34-year Sixto Montoya Moreno of Brenham for Criminal Mischief--$1500-to-$20,000.

23-year old Justin Powell of Chappell Hill on a charge of Theft with a Previous Conviction.

And, 31-year old Andres Cervantes Batres of Brenham for Injury to a Child.
