ELLA NAMED PET OF THE WEEK

  

The Brenham Pet Adoption Center has named Ella as its Pet of the Week.

Ella is about a year old.  Brenham Animal Services says her mother was a German Shepherd and her father was a larger breed.

Ella is a friend to dogs and people alike and enjoys all kinds of toys, especially balls.  She also loves to jump in the pool.

Staff members at the shelter say they are working on honing her skills with training.  They say she “doesn’t know a stranger” and would be a nice playmate for a family with older kids.

Ella is being treated for heartworms, and staff will meet with any potential adopters about the treatment options available.
