ACCIDENT ON EAST MAIN IN BRENHAM

  

Update @ 3:45 p.m.: Brenham police have cleared the scene of a two-vehicle collision on East Alamo near Clinton Street, shortly after noon on Friday.

Brenham Police Captain Lloyd Powell reports two vehicles were headed westbound, when they collided.

One of the vehicles fishtailed and hit a pole.  Police are unsure of which driver caused the accident, at this point.

One of the drivers was taken to the hospital, with non-life threatening injuries.  Police are still investigating the accident.

 

Original Story: Authorities have cleared the scene of a two-vehicle collision on East Alamo near Clinton Street, shortly after noon, Friday.

Traffic was slowed in the area as emergency responders worked the scene.

There are no reports at this time of any injuries involved in the accident.
