AUSTIN COUNTY JAIL REPAIRS ON MEETING AGENDA
Repairs to the Austin County Jail highlight the agenda for Monday morning’s Austin County Commissioners Court meeting.
The Austin County Commissioners will discuss repairs to the air conditioning and the roof of the Austin County Jail when they meet Monday at 9 a.m. at the courthouse in Bellville. Repairs to other County buildings will also be discussed, including the air conditioning and heating at the Wendt Street Building, and repairs to the 2nd floor restroom hallway.
Also on the agenda Monday is discussion about the EMS Station in Sealy, purchase of a laptop computer for Precinct 4 Constable James Clark, and a possible easement of a road at BAE Systems off of Pyka Road in Precinct 3.
Several appointments will be made including those to the Austin County Historical Commission, the Salary Grievance Committee, and the possible appointment of Debbie Heckmann to the Austin County Emergency Services District 3 Board for a two year term.
