Austin County District Attorney Travis Koehn says 34-year old Terrance Deshaun Campbell was indicted in this week’s session of the grand jury.  Koehn says he  was driving his vehicle just outside of Bellville on Highway 159 last August third when he rear ended another vehicle, then tried to flee the scene.  The accident caused the death of one of the passengers.

Koehn says the offense was enhanced because Campbell had previous felony convictions.
