AUSTIN MAN ARRESTED BY BRENHAM P.D. FOR AUTO THEFT
(Washington Co. Jail)
An Austin man is in custody after Brenham Police stopped a stolen vehicle.
Tuesday afternoon, just before 4:30, members of the Brenham Crime Reduction Unit and Patrol officers intercepted a reported stolen vehicle in the 2400 block of US Highway 290 East.
32-year old Aaron Schillings of Austin was taken into custody and charged with Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of Marijuana, Fraudulent Use of identifying information and an Active warrant out of San Patricio County for Fraudulent Use of identifying information.
Schillings was arrested without incident.
