The FCCLA (Family Career and Community Leaders of America) hosted the Athletes vs. Coaches Softball Game, Wednesday afternoon at Alumni Field.

A team of Cubettes softball players and Cubs baseball players teamed up against a squad of Brenham coaches/teachers/administrators, including head football coach Glen West, baseball coach Lanny Williams, softball coach Jamie Maure, as well as Principal Steve Skrla.

The Coaches/teachers team won the game, 26-25.

All proceeds benefit the FCCLA's national outreach program, "Share Our Strength: No Kid Hungry."  The FCCLA has been raising money for this program throughout the year.
