BLINN BOARD MEETING TO DICUSS NEW TRUSTEE APPOINTMENT

  

The Blinn College District Board is meeting this (Tuesday) afternoon to discuss the process of appointing a new trustee.

A special meeting was called for today, after Precinct 4 trustee Stacy Aschenbeck announced her resignation from the board on Friday.

Aschenbeck says the decision was one that will let her spend more time with her family.  She was elected to the board in 2015, and, when speaking with KWHI, said her term had three years left when she resigned.

The board meets this evening at 5:30 p.m., in the Brenham Campus Administration Building.
