BLINN COLLEGE TO HOST CAREER FAIR

  

Blinn College is extending an opportunity for students, alumni, veterans and the public to network with potential employers on the College’s Bryan campus. Blinn will host a career fair Tuesday, Nov. 11 from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. in the Student Center.

Candidates are encouraged to bring resumes, letters of recommendation and unofficial transcripts to share with employers. Banfield Pet Hospital, Brenham Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Bryan Independent School District, Bryan Police Department, CareerStage Houston, Comfort Keepers, High Hope Care Center, Legal Monkeys, Levy Restaurants, Lowe’s Home Improvement, NuSkin Enterprises, Reynolds and Reynolds, Ryder Transportation Services, Sanderson Farms, Spherion Staffing, SSC Services for Education at Texas A&M University, State of Texas, Texas A&M College of Geosciences, Texas Commercial Waste, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Uride, Volt Workforce Solutions and Woodmen of the World will each be seeking candidates for part-time, full-time and internship positions.

“We’re happy to offer this opportunity for our community,” said Ann Reynolds, academic advisor. “This is a great time for job seekers to see what’s available to them, and for students to begin networking, even if they’re not entering the job market.”
