BLINN TO INDUCT FIVE INTO HALL OF HONOR FRIDAY

The Blinn College Alumni and Friends Association will look to recognize five community leaders tomorrow (Friday) at a special luncheon.

Brazos County Commissioner Nancy Berry, philanthropist M. Scott Gilpin, Blinn Foundation Executive Director Susan Myers, former Chair of the Foundation Board Walt Schoenvogel, and former trustee Dr. Robert A. Winkelmann will be inducted into the Blinn Hall of Honor.

The Hall of Honor recognizes Blinn’s most distinguished alumni, local business leaders, and those who have made an impact in their communities or professions. Inductees are recognized at a luncheon during Blinn’s homecoming week each year.

The luncheon takes place tomorrow at the Blinn-Brenham Campus Student Center, beginning at 11 a.m.  Tickets are available for $25, or reserved tables for $200.

To learn more, or to purchase tickets, contact Susan Myers at 979-830-4273, susan.myers@blinn.edu, or visit the Whigham House on 706 College Avenue in Brenham.
