BLUEBONNET ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE ANNOUNCES 2020 SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS

  

Several local students are among the 60 high school seniors to receive a $2,500 scholarship from Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative.

Bluebonnet awarded $150,000 in scholarships to 60 students, half of which to students pursuing bachelor’s degrees, and the other half to students pursuing trade or technical certificates or associate degrees in a vocational field.

This year’s scholarship recipients are listed below:

In the past five years, the cooperative has given out $679,500 in scholarships to students from across its service area.  Applications for 2021 scholarships will be available on Bluebonnet’s website, www.bluebonnet.coop, in November.
