BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS TO MEET ON MONDAY
The City of Brenham Board of Adjustments will meet on Monday to conduct public hearings on request for variances from the Brenham Zoning Ordinances.
One of the properties concerns a single family residential lot at 807 Main Street, which is proposed to be divided into two single family residential lots.
On the same property is a request which would require a 25 foot rear yard setback of the property.
Finally, a public hearing on a property located at the intersection of S. Market St and E Stone Street in the Young Subdivision, for a request of a 20 foot buffer yard between a retail sales and service office use.
The Board of Adjustments meets at 5:15pm on the second floor of the City Hall Council Chambers at 200 W Vulcan.
