BODY FOUND IN NAVASOTA, HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION UNDERWAY
The Navasota Police Department is investigating a possible homicide.
Authorities say they received a report before 8 a.m. today (Tuesday) about a deceased person located at the intersection of River Haven Drive and Highway 105, just west of the city.
The deceased person was identified as 53-year-old Frances Bolden, of Navasota.
Police are currently processing the scene and asking citizens to stay clear of the area.
The Navasota Police Department is being assisted by the Grimes County Sheriff’s Office, Texas Rangers, College Station Police and Grimes County District Attorney’s Office.
