BRENHAM ANGLERS LAND 2ND PLACE AT STATE TOURNAMENT
The Brenham Anglers recently competed in the Texas High School Bass Association's State Tournament on Lake Cedar Creek, just outside of Athens, Tx. The tournament was help this past Saturday and Sunday with 283 teams from across the state participating. The Brenham Anglers finished 2nd Overall as a team.
The team of Brayden Derkowski/Colton Jaster (boat captain Brian Smith) placed 6th with a 2 day weight total of 26.93 pounds earning them a $5,000 scholarship, prizes and trophies.
Placing 61st: Logan Schwartz/Micah Hueske (boat captain Carter Akers) with 15.45#
Placing 62nd: Travis Sallach/Bailey Fish (boat captain Doug Herms) with 15.39#
Placing 81st: Ben Bosse/Landon Benson (boat captain Brandon Benson) with 13.87#
Placing 169th: Evan Aschenbeck/Reid Aschenbeck (boat captain Jordon Moehlmann) with 5.58#
