Brenham’s Board of Adjustment will meet Monday evening to hear a setback variance request and look at 2019’s meeting calendar.
The Board will hear a request for a residence at 704 East Main Street in Brenham.
Rodolfo Vazquez-Alvarez is asking to allow for a 4-foot side yard setback, where a minimum of 10-feet is typically required.
The homeowner is looking to construct an addition onto the rear of the home, to act as a closet for an existing bedroom.
Staff have reviewed the request and recommend approval of the setback request.
The Board will also look over meeting dates and submission deadlines for the upcoming year. The Board’s next meeting will be held January 14, 2019, with a corresponding submittal deadline of December 21st.
Board members will meet Monday at 5:15 p.m., at City Hall.
