BRENHAM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS MEETING MONDAY

  

There is only one request on the agenda for Monday’s meeting of the Brenham Board of Adjustments.  The owner of a single family home at 700 East Tom Green Street is planning on adding a small addition to the home.  The addition would follow the same 6 foot side yard setback of the original structure when it was constructed in the 1970s.  The current city zoning ordinance requires 10 foot side yard setback.  City staff is recommending that the exception be approved.

The Board of Adjustments meets Monday at 5:15 PM on the second floor of City Hall.
