BRENHAM ISD IMPLEMENTS NEW DIGITAL FLYER PORTAL

Brenham ISD now offers a new digital flyer management system.

The school district has implemented Peachjar, a system that sends school-approved digital flyers directly to parents’ inboxes.  The “green” initiative saves paper and reduces copy costs for schools and community organizations.

Parents can find and view flyers, and take action immediately to sign up for activities and events.  The e-flyers are also posted on each school’s website for at least a month.

In addition to being environmentally friendly and reducing clutter in student backpacks, Peachjar offers benefits for both parents and community organizations.

Parents can receive flyers as digital images by email, choose delivery frequency, and easily click on digital flyers to sign up.  Meanwhile, community organizations can ensure flyers have been delivered to parents, track a flyer campaign’s performance with digital flyer metrics, and add call to action buttons that link directly to a destination of choice.
