BRENHAM MAN AND WOMAN CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL TRESPASS

Two Brenham residents face charges after their arrests Monday night.

36-year old Angie Gail Lucas and 29-year old Justin Hickman, both of Brenham, are each charged with Criminal Trespass.
Just before 11:00 p.m., Officer Jose Perez was dispatched WalMart, in the 200 block of US Hwy 290 West to a reported theft.
An investigation revealed that both Lucas and Hickman, had active criminal trespass warnings issued for the property.
Both subjects were taken into custody.
