BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED FOR CRACK POSSESSION
A Brenham man is behind bars after his arrest Monday afternoon on a drug possession charge.
Brenham Police Corporal Seth Klehm says he spotted the suspect, 50-year old Donald O’Neal Armstead, at a local residence known to be involved in the sale of narcotics.
Klehm says he asked Armstead if he had an narcotics, which he denied. However, a search turned up a candy wrapper in Armstead’s pocket which contained crack cocaine.
Armstead is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Less than one gram.
