BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON ‘EXPOSURE’ CHARGE

A Brenham man is in custody after his arrest Sunday afternoon.
Just before 1:00 p.m., Officer Jonathan Phipps responded to the 2400 block of S. Chappell Hill St. in reference to a report of a sexual assault.
The caller said the suspect—identified as 27-year old Trenton Dewayne Howard of Brenham—was still at the location; the victim had told the caller Howard had exposed himself to her.
Dispatch advised Phipps that Howard also had an active warrant for criminal trespass.
Howard is charged with Indecency with a Child and Criminal Trespass.
