BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON POSSESSION CHARGES
A Brenham man faces two charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance after his arrest Friday night.
31-year old Ryan Patrick Dougherty was arrested during a traffic stop Friday night near the intersection of South Market and Springwood Drive.
According to Officer Hunter Andras, his K9 partner alerted to Dougherty’s vehicle.
During a search, Andras found Cocaine and Alprazolam.
Dougherty was charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance—Under 28 grams, and one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance—Under 4 grams.
