BRENHAM P.D. MAKES ARRESTS FOR MARIJUANA & WARRANTS

  

Three people have been arrested in two separate cases of possession of marijuana.

Saturday, just after midnight, Officer Hunter Andras and other officers were dispatched to the 700 block of S. Jackson in reference to a disturbance.

The caller said two people were arguing, and she could smell the odor of marijuana.

Officers say there was no disturbance, but 21-year old Nicholas Troy Rodriguez was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Monday morning, Cpl. David Dudenhoeffer was patrolling in the area of S. Drumm near Wyandotte streets and saw a vehicle parked in the 1500 block of Wyandotte.

Dudenhoeffer discovered two marijuana cigarettes outside the vehicle.

34-year old Jose Juan Lara of Brenham was charged with possession of marijuana.  A passenger in the vehicle, 38-year old Jennifer Lynn Peters was arrested on outstanding warrants.
