BRENHAM POLICE MAKE SEVERAL ARRESTS OVER WEEKEND

Brenham Police arrested a number of individuals over the weekend on various charges.

 

Police report that on Friday at 12:49 PM - K9 Corporal Hunter Andras conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block Highway 290 West. Investigation revealed the passenger, Dustin Tragesser, 32, of Tomball, was in possession of methamphetamines. Subject was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail.

Friday at 6:45 PM - Officer Kejan Mehlhorn and Officer Hugo Padron were dispatched to the area of West Jefferson Street and Burleson Street in reference to an intoxicated person. Upon arrival, Officers met with Rhonda Brooks, 55, of Brenham who was intoxicated to a point where she was a danger to herself and others. Brooks also had an active warrant out of the Washington County Sheriff's Office. Brooks was taken into custody and transported to jail.

Friday at 7:30 PM - Officer Richelle Taylor and Cpl. David Dudenhoeffer made contact with Belina Michell Gibson, 42, of Brenham in reference to two outstanding warrants out of Washington County.  After Dispatch confirmed the warrants to be active, Gibson was placed in custody and transported to jail.

Sunday at 12:30 AM - Officer Mickey Gressman conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of S Austin St. Upon contact with the driver, Christopher Robertson, 33 of Austin, an odor of alcohol was detected and further investigation revealed Robertson to be intoxicated. Robertson was arrested for Driving while Intoxicated and booked in at the Washington County Jail.
