BRENHAM SCHOOL BOARD TO MEET MONDAY

  

The Brenham School Board will receive a short list of updates at its Monday night meeting.

In consent agenda, board members will consider additional career and technical education courses for the 2019-20 school year.

Also in consent agenda, they will discuss an out-of-state trip for the MCJROTC to attend a regional drill meet in New Orleans from February 1-3, 2019.  The board will also look at an invoice from the Brazos Valley Regional Day School for the Deaf, and the purchase of copy paper.

In regular session, the board will discuss the 2019-20 district instructional calendar, as well as receive an update on the FFA program and an instructional update.

In addition, the board will hear from the Brenham High School Chorale singers, and recognize this month’s recipient of the “You Make a Difference” award.

The board will also consider a budget amendment, along with any monetary donations.  The board will then meet in executive session, to discuss personnel matters.

The board will meet Monday night at 6 p.m., in rooms 111 and 113 at Brenham High School.
