BRENHAM’S RESCUE ONE NOW IN CHILE

A rescue truck once owned by the Brenham Fire Department is now being put to use near Santiago Chile. The truck, Rescue One, was traded in at the end of last year when the Department took delivery of its new rescue truck.  Rescue one is a 1998 American LaFrance General Rescue Pumper.

Brenham Fire Chief Ricky Boeker was contacted through the departments Facebook page by the Quilicura Fire Department.  Quilicura is located on the outskirts of Santiago Chile.  That department had just received the truck from the sea port and brought it to their station.  Judging from the videos posted on their Facebook page, they were excited about receiving the truck.
