“BRUNO” NAMED PET OF THE WEEK

The Brenham Pet Adoption Center has named “Bruno” as its Pet of the Week.

Bruno is a three-year-old Great Dane/Labrador mix.  Brenham Animal Services staff say Bruno is a very loving boy who craves attention and loves to be pet.

Staff say Bruno does well around other animals and tends to be more on the submissive, and while he does like to chase cats, he does not hurt them if he catches up to them.  He is current on all his vetting, and has been neutered.

While the Brenham Pet Adoption Center is currently closed to visitors, adoptions are still available.  Anyone looking to adopt can browse the shelter’s list of pets online at www.petfinder.com, then call to make an appointment to meet the pet at 979-337-7351.  Appointments are being accepted Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday from 8 to 11 a.m.

  1. I am currently fostering Bruno. He is the biggest LOVE! He loves cuddles and hugs and kisses. He would be a great dog for a family with lots of people to love on him, play in his baby pool, and throw his squeaky toys! His favorite thing to do is roll around in the floor cuddling and kissing! He’s a big boy with a heart to match!!
