BURTON HOME TO CHRISTMAS VILLAGE SATURDAY

Burton invites you to come out Saturday afternoon and visit the Texas Cotton Gin Museum, for the Burton Christmas Village.

The Christmas Village includes a Tannenbaum Tour of several historic homes and buildings in Burton, all decorated for the holidays.  In addition, the Krist Kindl Market will have homemade and handmade items for sale, at the Roy Winkler Family Pavilion.

There will also be activities for the children, as they will be able to decorate cookies and ornaments, make a gingerbread house, and take photos with Santa.  All the while, Frank Martin Gilligan will provide live music.

All activities are free aside from the Tannenbaum Tour, which is $10 per person.

The event takes place Saturday from noon to 4 p.m.  It is being presented by the Burton Heritage Society, Bridge Ministry, and Burton Chamber, in partnership with the Cotton Gin Museum, at 307 North Main Street in Burton.
