BURTON SCHOOL BOARD TO MEET BEHIND CLOSED DOORS

  

The Burton School Board will meet behind closed doors Monday when they address a parental complaint.

The board is set to meet in regular session Monday night.  Among the items up for discussion will be several closed-door items including: complaints against public officials and a complaint filed by a parent.

The nature of those complaints have not been released.

Any discussion on the matters will take place in executive session, then any action will be taken when the board reconvenes in open session.

Also on Monday’s agenda will be: improvement plans for the elementary and secondary schools; the Student Code of Conduct; the district’s improvement plan; and discussion of a loan agreement for the purchase of new school buses.

The Burton School Board meets Monday night at 6:30 at the high school auditorium.
