CALDWELL ISD APPROVES MANAGER AT-RISK FOR PROJECTS
The Caldwell ISD has hired a Construction Manager At-Risk for a number of upcoming projects.
The board approved Drymalla of Columbus to head the construction projects, after meetings with several firms.
District officials say they hope to have contract negotiated by the board’s meeting on February 25th.
In August of last year, CISD votes passed two bond proposals totaling $39.9-million. The proposals call for new construction and renovations.
